RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please keep in mind that each item is handmade to your order.  As a result, we cannot accept merchandise returns.  However, if the item is NOT personalized and is in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached we will exchange it for you. We do not accept returns on flip flops or Converse however we will repair/replace lost stones on an individual basis.  Shipping fees are never refundable.  Customers are responsible for supervising children while products are in use.  This includes checking for loose crystals and making sure products are used as they were intended (i.e. shoes do not go into children's mouths).

SIZING

Our onesies and shirts are made of 100% cotton and are a fitted shape.  Please order one size up if you are unsure of your size or would like a looser fit.  *Converse tend to run 1/2 size larger.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our clothing items are guaranteed against the Swarovski crystals coming off.  If you should have this happen we will ship item back to us at our cost and repair it.  Please follow washing instrucions.  This does not include flip flops or Converse.

Flip Flops and Converse:  10 replacement stones are included with each purchase.  Because each person wears shoes differently we do not guarantee flip flops or Converse.  While it is rare for a stone to come off it is not impossible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clothing:  Turn items inside out to wash.  Tumble dry LOW.  SWAROVSKI crystals may be drycleaned.

Shoes:  DO NOT leave shoes in sun or hot car.  It is also best not to wear in sand.  The sand will decrease the brilliance of the crystal by getting caught in glue between stones.  If a crystal should come loose you may replace or fix it using a tiny amount of superglue.

 SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping is $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.  All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Items are generally completed in 5-7 business days.  If you need your item sooner please let us know.  It is possible you may incur a rush fee.  We will do our best to get it to you.

PAYMENT:

We accept VISA, MC, AMEX & DISCOVER via PAYPAL.  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY US.  Your credit card information is safe!  We're a confirmed paypal seller. Paypal uses 128 bit encryption (the highest commercially available) to secure all credit card transactions
during the payment part of processing.

We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.  There is a 7 day waiting period for these to clear before your item can be made.
